Two Moors Way

Exmoor National Park

Crossing both Exmoor and Dartmoor, and covering a distance of some 105 miles, the Two Moors Way is an ideal way to experience the South West's only National Parks.

From Lynmouth, the route starts along the cleaves of the East Lyn River and Hoar Oak Water, then rises dramatically up on to Exmoor. From Exe Head it continues on to Simonsbath, Withypool and the Tarr Steps before turning south towards Dartmoor.

At Ivybridge, walkers can pick up the Erme-Plym Trail to Wembury, which effectively makes the path a 'Coast to Coast' route to the south coast of Devon.

The Devon County Council website walks section provides information on the Two Moors Way including a downloadable leaflet describing the route.
